Response Times

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, although responses may take a little longer during weekends or busy clinical periods.

If your enquiry is urgent, please telephone rather than email.

Important Information

TK Physiotherapy is not an emergency service.

If you are experiencing:

• Chest pain

• Severe shortness of breath

• Sudden weakness

• Loss of bladder or bowel control

• Significant trauma

• Any other medical emergency

Please call 999 or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency Department immediately.
